@kulula I’ve been trying to get through to the call centre for two days to change a flight, but no luck. It either doesn’t ring or a voice says the network is congested. I understand you guys are swamped, but I desperately need to change my son’s flight. How can we do this?

@TelkomZA what the heck?! The Call centre's service leaves much to be desired. Sent e-mail cancellation on 06/02/18, but another premium was deducted. Tried speaking to the CC - very unhelpful. Asked to be transfered to supervisor held on for literally an hr when call cut out.
