💥 Be intentional about the words you choose to use when you communicate.

Words create worlds. in your world ensure that you are able to express your Self authentically.

Take 5 deep breathes and connect with your 'Self' and ask 'What is stopping me from achieving what I want?'

REFRAME the stories you believe to be true. The negative and critical self talk you experience should not be in control of you.
