@sarajcox First day as a mum. Had daughter in early hours of morning after pretty grim labour. Had a couple of hours sleep on post natal ward. Woke up to my beautiful girl asleep in my arms. Most incredible feeling. She's 17 now and totally awesome

@thebodycoach Recovery from 2x spinal surgery. Need to keep flexible and build back up again. 2 years on and making progress. Enjoy the workouts on YouTube and enjoy feeling stronger and fitter

@RebeccaCNReid @tommys I was told by the professionals I might see some product of the pregnancy. The person who told me it was a heavy period didn't have a clue what she was talking about. Of a generation when miscarriage certainly wasn't spoken about. Thankyou for changing this

@RebeccaCNReid @tommys Thankyou for describing what actually happens. I was so angry being told by women (who hadn't had miscarriage) "it's just a heavy period"

@KlassMyleene @_OliviaBlake @tommys Thankyou. What a difference this will make to the women who follow us. Hopefully day to day language will slowly start to change. Struggled so much with the comments "it wasn't to be" "you can try again" "it's just a heavy period" etc etc.

@sarajcox My beautiful daughters made me handmade cards for my birthday. Also eldest baked a cake (and our pots in dishwasher!) and youngest painted a picture. Made me feel very loved. 💓
