'A phone call from a vet in #Kent led to a drive down with her family to collect her.
More to follow when it’s all sunk in, but 4 years, 4 months later this little girl is on her way home.

I have more great news. Finally it is Miley's turn to find a family. Bionic Miley. I'm so happy for this boy. The most expensive dog I have rescued. By the time he leaves it will have cost just short of €10,000 to put his back legs right. He's been worth every euro. He is literally the happiest boy in the world. Nothing gets him down. The surgeon has been incredible too. I am delighted to say he already has his bus fare. A very kind lady has donated it ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Bobi was happy to leave the public shelter yesterday. He will stay with my friend until the Lancram transport next week, which he will join and go to Cornelia ❤️❤️ He is a little sweetheart.

Stray terrier male, dob 18th Feb 2023. Pound states he is neutered.
He was found with a female terrier who was thought to be pregnant by pound and the pound have placed her in rescue themselves. They were said to be bonded and was sharing a kennel but he is dog reactive to other dogs at the kennels.

The despair is setting in. These dogs have no offers. Two of them time up TODAY and that's it for them if we have no rescue space. They will be taken and put to sleep
Elmo - little staffie boy. Times up today (Friday)
Dodger - bullbreed cross (looks bulldog). Seen by police and not type. Also times up TODAY (Friday 17 JULY)
Mochi - akita girl. Times up Saturday.
Ghost - akita boy times up Monday.
These poor dogs have done nothing wrong except being unlucky enough to be in the firing line when we have reached the end of the road 😢 Rescues are beyond full and crippled with costs. There is just no more space or resources.
We cannot rehome directly to the public. We are pound pullers not a rescue. Dogs and homes need to be assessed and matched and the dogs need rescue back up to avoid ending up back in the stray system. If you want to help a dog go and foster or adopt one of the thousands of dogs in rescue waiting for a home.
Breeders PLEASE PLEASE stop breeding‼️‼️‼️‼️

Stand by your dogs. Abandoning them is going to result in them being put to sleep scared and surrounded by strangers.

I was working in spar when a lady came in for some food and water for this beautiful dog
He/she was hiding in the hedge down hatches lane just before it turns into a single track road
A biffa truck driver also stopped
The dog is very very skinny but very placid so the lady lifted it into her car
Looks like been hiding in the hedge a while
Was being taken to temple end vets 📢📢📢

And looks quite young so could of travelled far '
