@RealDonKeith Having supervised in an election team this is not how you count, whether you have a pile of votes for the same candidate or not. She is not necessarily guilty of anything on a fraud level, just incorrect and incompetent counting. Her table supervisor should have corrected her.

@paddymcgough @SomeFellla @WelshReformer You still openly look at each paper (the way she counts is covering each paper beneath the top one) and the Cllrs and reps the other side of the table have the right to see them openly being counted also. They too keep their beady eye out!

You count so you see the mark on each paper (on the right side), she is counting the left side. You always double and triple check the marked papers you are counting for spoiled ones and ones for other candidates
