If you’re in your 20s, put your head down and stop waiting for motivation or waiting for an accountability partner. Learn to do things alone. Learn to keep promises to yourself and keep going even when nobody is watching.
Shun mediocrity and don’t become comfortable with “good enough.” Set a standard for yourself that you’re proud of, then keep raising it.

Think of it like this:
