WE ARE NOT MEANT TO FADE QUIETLY, WE ARE MEANT TO LIVE GREATLY
Let the critics wallow in their timidity.
You were made to suffer. To strive.
So that one day, you stand triumphant,
on the mountain of your own choosing.
You do this not because it is easy,
but because it is difficult.
This path is not for everyone.
It is meant only for you.
Do not fear your exceptionalism.
Embrace it!
It is your truest expression.
Our planet may be the only speck of life
in the great, enveloping cosmic darkness,
but it is our planet.
This is where you and I make our home.
Where we make our last stand!
So let’s make it one that echoes
across time and space.
@JohnCleese She only has a 600+ vote majority and is at danger of losing her seat to a Pro-Palestine candidate so she is being a typical politician by saying what ever narrative helps her keep her job.
@RanaAyyub does it feel "awesome" being a traitor to the country that protects you, feeds you, allows you to sprout you views, allows you to travel to foreign climes to talk trash about it? If you hate Indian so much why don't you do the decent thing and move to another country. The UK is pretty good for useless people at the moment, come on a dingy and you will get full board and housing provided.
We have just modelled a major crash/correction for Q4 2028/Q1 2029 (but some of the team think it will come earlier).
UK Food staples will begin to rise at Christmas 2026 and keep rising for 2027 (unless the Govt intervenes) - North Africa (esp Egypt) will see increased civilian turmoil, the UN Food Agency will launch a major relief programme for Sub-Saharan Africa in 2027/28 for the UK this will mean increased migration pressure on our borders.
The Shadow Credit Market will see increased default from dodgy loans Q4 2026 accelerating throughout 2027.
If you are cash rich (like the sovereign wealth funds) and the big PE companies there will be lots of undervalued assets to pick up as owners and portfolios need to raise cash, for those like us in the UK with £trillions in debt, we are going to have difficult time to put it mildly.
The next government in the UK will inherit a major economic crisis and depending on their majority they will have to take a "slash and burn" to Govt. spending.
This is partly in answer to @itsonlyYC comment just now on "if the economy tanks we are going to be in trouble".
We in the UK are heading for that "trouble".
can be applied to politicians along the political spectrum as well... most are ideologically constipated, have a messiah complex, have overcome "difficult challenges" and talk absolute bollax packaged by whichever party machine they are aligned to.
The ones that suffer, as usual, as are the hard working ever pressured tax payers.
@pewresearch Pakistan hates India and in other news - water is wet!
would be interested in the original questions that were used, as most know, questions can be created to give you the answer that you want to see.
@MrJamesMay James, if you went to any English City between the borderlands and London on a Friday night you could see exactly the same thing. Happy to be Virgil to your Dante.
@PottyMouth1972 Grid operator has authority to tackle electricity shortages with short-notice switch-offs - with 5 mins notice they can shut off power to 20% of users.
