We are proud to support @TAMUmedicine by providing our life-size mockup of Dream Chaser to serve as a cornerstone training and research asset for their growing aerospace medicine enterprise! 🎓
Tom Marshburn, Chief Astronaut and Vice President of Human Factors Engineering at Sierra Space, shared, “Humans and sensitive payloads are expected to interface with the actual Dream Chaser spaceplane when it launches, and we look forward to working with Texas A&M students and faculty on the insights the mockup vehicle can provide for human factors studies, in aerospace and mechanical engineering, and in potential space medical capabilities.”
We look forward to engaging with students and advancing space medicine with Texas A&M.
Through a collaboration with @sierraspaceco, we’ve received a Dream Chaser spaceplane mockup —bringing a flight-like spacecraft training platform to the Vashisht College of Medicine.
