@azulaservant When Zuko chooses to side with Azula in the finale, it’s not just realistic pressure, it causes him to achieve something that forces him to confront his reality and values, and causes him to truly change.
When Azula regresses, it doesn’t force her to confront anything.
@azulaservant Better paced development, actually has development, has a complete arc, his development regressing isn’t repetitive, and his arc is actually intertwined with the overall story seamlessly
@azulaservant Didn’t say you’re not trustworthy. I said you’re biased. And not just your name. You embody the persona of being “Azula’s PR manager”, whether intentional or not.
And okayyy on the misandrist comment. I don’t know how that helps you argument lol
@azulaservant Also it's fair for me to analyze your character. Your posts are purely just defending Azula. If my posts were nothing but defending Zuko, would you believe me to be unbaised? Genuine question.
@azulaservant That's not what a strawman is 😭😭
A strawman is trying to get you to argue against something you never said.
For example, "ur analyzing one specific way of developing a character through change for the better"
I never even made that claim. But you pretended I did
@azulaservant Objective just means without personal bias. So yes, objectively.
I don’t know how objective you can be though, considering you’re Azula’s “PR Manager.”
Korra is okay as a character. Not as well executed as Zuko. Definitely better than Azula tho.
@Sparg0ssb Understand where you're coming from. But for what it's worth, in terms of legacy, people have stopped caring about rankings and have considered you the spiritual successor to Leo for a while now
Acola and Doramigi don't have that same effect even despite getting ranked 1
@azulaservant Nah, it's objective too. In ways that we can measure outside of personal bias, Zuko is a superior character in terms of writing.
Azula's writing only gets worse in the comics, and the writing of series just keeps getting worse.
@misuasui@azulaservant He essentially did
Anyone with eyes and a functioning brain can see the context of the scene being that he giving belt to ass before she tried to zap Katara who stood out in the open like a deer in headlights.
@JarheadMario Aegis is busted, but ya'll use the dumbest evidence for it
You know how many set ups and moves in the game kill at max rage at 39 percent on plat or near the end of the stage? A lot.
Zuko? And he arguably did the worst.
One of the worst things about the movie is that it DOESN'T pay attention to details like this
Everyone is as strong or as weak as the movie needs them to be
Might be the best fight scene in the movie cause it was such a shocking reminder that no one has any experience fighting airbenders
It's their speed, it's insane, unmatched and Tagah is exceptionally strong too 😭 #atla
@heyhuwahere I agree this was for shock value. Korra’s losses made sense to me. She was facing benders who could bloodbend, who poisoned her etc…
This guy we have no clue how strong he actually is because they pulled some artifact out of their ass to buff him.
@hexfulz Reducing things to ‘bad’ and ‘good’ is sort of a simplistic take for Avatar.
Zuko was a product of trauma and someone who had a hand in transferring that trauma to other people because of his trauma.
