Lady Justice Nzioka of the High Court of Naivasha sat today ( Sunday)and revised the orders of the lower court. All the 19 children plus 4 other school going youth were released on favourable bail/ bond terms pending hearing and determination of the case. The children were told to ensure that they reported to school early tomorrow morning. We thank the proactive court for sitting on a Sunday morning to ensure the protection of the rights of the children.
