Another day another horrible experience @Swiggy Don't do things you can't handle.
Placed an order on train, Order got cancelled 20 mins before. Got charged full cancellation fee and now will be staying hungry for next 5 hrs until next station. A callback is all I wanted.

@Swiggy Stating the order was placed on normal swiggy not IRCTC. Not sure how I put my PNR then. I mentioned it can be a technical glitch and I can prove. Still I agreed to cancel order and order again. Instead got slammed with full cancellation charge on next order.
@Swiggy Placed an order on train after putting PNR. The delivery guy called 30 mins before he can't deliver the order to train, I offered to come to main gate in a 2 min sstopage even, He agreed. Again 20 min before delivery, swiggy customer care called to cancel the order.
@Investorslife99@RelianceDigital@relk@ResQ True. I called again, they have the same response. They gonna escalate the issue and resolve on priority basis, please share alternate no. It's like all of them have just a script to read whenever a customer calls irrespective of the issue, I had to repeat the same thing 15times
@RelianceDigital Thanks @RelianceDigital, for such pathetic service. I regret trusting your customer service, their fake callback and resolution promises. Now help with canceling Order No. RDF59920328. I've exhausted my energy after making 30+ calls to you and the store and wasting my hours.
@RelianceDigital Asmita, despite multiple conversations, they just keep promising delivery or a callback. I ordered for delivery to Pincode 530017, but the stores haven't received the order. How can they deliver something they don't know they have to?
@RelianceDigital Both orders are prepaid, yet they are neither delivering the orders nor cancelling them. Please assist with this matter as soon as possible. @Rel
@RelianceDigital I placed an order on 31 Jan '24 at 1:37 PM for Insta Delivery, order no. RDF59873137, but never received it. I contacted customer care, and they kept promising to resolve the issue within 48 hours. I also spoke with the store, and they confirmed they never received this order.
Upset with @RelianceDigital Insta Delivery! Ordered twice (RDF59873137 on Jan 31 & RDF59920328 on Feb 2) - both prepaid, both unfulfilled. Stores haven't received orders, customer care's 48hr promises fell flat. No resolution or a callback. Neither cancelling nor delivering
