I previously issued an informal notice requesting the deletion of the offensive advertisement titled "Options B.R.O." posted by SAMCO, which mocks the sacred Hindu ritual of Shraddha. Unfortunately, my request was ignored, perhaps in anticipation of a formal legal notice. Accordingly, I have now sent a formal legal notice to your designated email addresses, namely [email protected] and [email protected].

Please be advised that failure to comply with the demands outlined in the notice within one (1) day of receipt will compel me to initiate appropriate legal action against SAMCO and its officers. This may include, but is not limited to, filing a civil suit for defamation, lodging a criminal complaint under relevant sections, and submitting a formal grievance with the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) and other pertinent authorities.

I trust you will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves.

I have also pursued a civil remedy by writing to the Grievance Officer of Facebook, requesting the permanent suspension of the Facebook ID 'Fact Vid' for offensive content against Hindu culture and national symbols.
