@makemytrip @makemytripcare @makemytrip There were senior citizens and children among the passengers. The app reports the trip to be completed. The mail sent to makemytrip has wrongly assumed that the trip completed without a breakdown. The least they could do was to acknowledge the troubles caused to us.

We booked our tickets to Bangalore from Salem through https://t.co/gMKzRrYLsb on 2nd Aug 2026. Booking id NU712471184296560. The bus broke down. There was no attempt made to put us on alternate buses. We were left high and dry on the highway.
