Arfa Didi freely traveled from India to Iran on an Indian passport while promoting a foreign cause. Yet, after returning home, she claims that Muslims have no freedom in India. I find that claim deeply ironic and self-contradictory.
Three points - one light-hearted, one thoughtful & one provocative:
(1) If one stops going to a restaurant serving only upma & starts going to a restaurant serving 100 items, it doesn't mean one "has to" eat 100 items! 😃
One simply has more choice!
(2) A Hindu need NOT worship many (or even any!) Devatas.
The force that runs the universe is too subtle - way beyond human perception or even conceptualization/ideation.
But some subtle forces that enable one to connect more purposefully with that Supreme Cosmic Force, ARE accessible to human perception/interaction, i.e. various Devatas! By forming a connection with various Devatas, one leads a more purposeful life (of various types).
BTW, in Hinduism/Sanatana Dharma as taught by rishis, one may not even worship any Devata and yet imbibe the qualities represented by a Devata within oneself through effort & blessings & get closer to that Devata (and hence to the Supreme Cosmic Force via that Devata).
Mind you, Sanatana Dharma is not your average faith based religion founded by someone in deep Kali yuga - it is a collection of subtle, broad & deep knowledge resulting from the seeking of the Supreme Cosmic Force by many great sages over millennia & independently re-validated by umpteen great yogis time and again, right till our times!
(3) It's amazing that some people feel totally free to call Hindu Devatas "fuckers and suckers". 😡😟
If one retorts about the other religion using the same words, all hell will break loose! Remember what happened to poor @NupurSharmaBJP ji? She didn't even retort - she just quoted their own scripture..
This one-sided & hegemonic ridicule & oppression of Hinduism by people of a couple of other religions that persecuted Hindus in their own heartland for about a millennium (and hence feel entitled/overconfident!), MUST end. And it WILL end soon. 🙏🕉️🙏

🚨URGENT🚨
Indian social media accounts launched a campaign showing the reality of China in response to Chinese propaganda networks spreading hate content against Indians.
The Chinese moved swiftly and ordered Elon Musk to shadow ban all the accounts posting anti-China content.
They probably threatened Elon Musk his businesses in China and he complied within hours. Meanwhile anti India propaganda still gets tens of millions of views, even on AI videos.
What stops the Indian government from doing the same? Why can't Indian government tell Instagram, Facebook, X and other social media platforms to stop Indian hate which is having a significant impact on Indians in India and abroad?
Elon musk is investing tens of billions in India, along with India being one of the biggest markets for X.
Same goes for Facebook and Instagram.
This is year 2 of relentless anti Indian propaganda which is turning into real hatred and countries are shaping their policies that directly affect Indians.
Social media platforms and their CEO's should not have access to the biggest market in the world if they continue to allow Indian hatred on their platform.
Reshare so it reaches the concerned officials.

GEORGIA IN U.S. MAKES HISTORY WITH ANTI-HINDUPHOBIA RESOLUTION
Speaking to members of the Indian-American community, Congressman Sanford Bishop said Georgia has become the first US state to pass a resolution condemning hatred against Hindus.
Bishop urged people to "stand up against Hinduphobia", drawing loud applause from the audience.
The move is being seen as a significant step toward addressing anti-Hindu discrimination and promoting greater religious understanding in the United States.
A Proud Moment for Bharat 🇮🇳
A statue of Maharishi Sushruta has been installed at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, the world's oldest surgical college and one of the most respected surgical institutions globally.
More than 2,600 years ago, Maharishi Sushruta documented advanced surgical procedures, including reconstructive techniques that laid the foundation for what is now known as plastic surgery. His work in the Sushruta Samhita remains one of the most remarkable achievements in the history of medicine.
This recognition is not just a tribute to an extraordinary physician—it is also a reminder of the rich scientific and medical heritage of ancient Bharat.
As the world continues to acknowledge these contributions, it reinforces the importance of studying, preserving, and celebrating our civilizational legacy.
From ancient wisdom to global recognition—Maharishi Sushruta's legacy continues to inspire generations.

How did Canada become a hub for elements of the Khalistan movement? What lessons remain unlearned from the Air India tragedy? And what are the implications for public safety and national security today?
Today, on the 41st anniversary of the Air India Flight 182 (Kanishka) bombing, we remember the 329 innocent victims who lost their lives when a bomb exploded aboard the aircraft off the coast of Ireland on June 23, 1985. Among them were 268 Canadians, making it the deadliest act of terrorism in Canadian history and, at the time, the deadliest act of aviation terrorism in the world. The attack was carried out by Khalistani extremists operating from Canada.
To mark this solemn anniversary, we present a special conversation with veteran journalist and author @CBCTerry, one of Canada’s most respected investigative reporters. Drawing from his landmark book ‘Blood for Blood: Fifty Years of the Global Khalistan Project’, Terry Milewski explores the difficult questions Canada still struggles to confront four decades later.
As Khalistani extremism continues to pose a threat to the national security, the lessons of Kanishka remain as relevant as ever.

Tonight was a major warning sign for the @TheDemocrats
Not because left-wing candidates won. Voters decide.
The warning is that some factions now seem to believe smears against Hindu and Indian Americans are acceptable politics if wrapped in “progressive” language.
That is dangerous and completely UNACCEPTABLE.
A pluralistic party cannot claim to fight hate while allowing Indian Americans to be treated as foreign agents in local races.
Indian Americans are voters, citizens, taxpayers, parents, students, workers, and public servants.
They are not props in someone else’s ideological theater.
@IAACouncil will continue calling this out clearly, regardless of party.
It seems @carlwheless has had his account suspended.
Why? His core posting theme here was to defend Indian-Americans and Indians in general from the extremely unjustified racism that they receive on X. Plus, Carl never dehumanized another group, nor responded with vulgarity, while most of the anti-Indian haters are extremely vulgar, dehumanizing, and ignore facts and data to spread a false narrative.
Carl is a USMC Veteran, and is disabled. He was fighting for Indians despite his personal hardships. Carl was a particularly committed defender of @VivekGRamaswamy, and now Carl needs help from Vivek and Vivek's supporters.
Carl's GiveSendGo is still active, and has his story. Now that his X revenue stream has been cut off, he is even more dependent on the goodwill of people who grasp what America is actually about :
https://t.co/oYdyygCGZr
But he needs his X account reinstated too. Elon Musk had plausible deniability about accusations that the X algorithm incentivizes anti-Indian dehumanization, but now this is even harder to deny.
Cutting off a US Marine Vet, who is disabled, and fought against injustice while always taking the high road? Come on. I know this is something that the algorithm did without human oversight, but @elonmusk has to intervene here.
So to summarize :
i) X truly ought to reinstate @carlwheless's account.
ii) Indian-Americans and Indians the world over should rally behind this cause. A white American was fighting for you every day, and not some professor in a big coastal metro, but a USMC Vet in Texas. You want more such people fighting anti-Indian racism in the future, instead of deciding it is not their problem, so keep that in mind here.
iii) We have to reach @VivekGRamaswamy about this, as Carl has been a committed defender of Vivek for two years.
iv) Frankly, anyone who supports disabled military vets, OR has a problem with an algorithm that incentivizes racism towards well-behaved, high-performing groups has a reason to be interested in this situation.
To ban someone like Sgt. Wheless for fighting against extremely unjustified racism is one of the most un-American things I have seen in a while, even though it is an algorithm with no human oversight.
There is a brutal Pakistani crackdown on peaceful protesters in illegally occupied Kashmir. Protester groups report up to 30 deaths and over 200 injuries, including British nationals. Live ammunition fired on unarmed people asking for food, electricity and healthcare.
VEDAS ARE THE LARGEST AND LONGEST USED LITERATURE FROM THE ANCIENT WORLD. VEDIC LITERATURE OF MANY THOUSANDS OF PAGES COVERS COSMIC KNOWLEDGE, NOT JUST MUNDANE CONCERNS. No invading nomads could produce or preserve such a vast literature. SRI VEDA PURUSHAYA NAMAH!
The 1978 Ranga-Billa case involved the brutal kidnapping and murder of teenage siblings Geeta and Sanjay Chopra in Delhi by career criminals Kuljeet Singh (Ranga) and Jasbir Singh (Billa).
The horrific crime shocked the nation, leading to a massive manhunt and the swift conviction of both killers, who were ultimately hanged in 1982.
The investigation was led by Inspector VP Gupta of the Delhi Police, with SI Ram Chander serving on the team. A bystander, who had tried to save the children, and later helped the police identify the killers by providing their descriptions was Babulal. The journalist who covered the case was Prabha Dutt.
Amazon Prime's series Raakh, which is based on this incident, replaces Inspector VP Gupta with SI Jayprakash Jatav, explicitly portrayed as a Dalit officer navigating institutional bias. Furthermore, SI Ram Chander is replaced by SI Javed Murtaza, Babulal by Saleem, and Prabha Dutt by Nisar, while a lazy hawaldar character named Mishra has been added to the narrative.
This isn't creative liberty. Creative liberty is meant to enhance a story, not distort historical facts to fit a specific ideological agenda. Another stark reminder of how easily history can be rewritten in plain sight under the convenient guise of creative freedom.
This gets worse.
So not only did the US Navy fire two missiles and kill three Indian sailors they refused to rescue the 24 Indian crew despite saying they are on fire, the vessel is sinking and that they are an all Indian crew.
The Omanis rescued them.
Indian worker Vipin Kumar has been awarded honorary citizenship by the city of Craiova, Romania, after he jumped into an icy lake and saved the life of a 5-year-old girl. 🇮🇳🇷🇴
For nearly 30 minutes, he held the child above freezing water until rescuers arrived.
This is the side of Indians the world rarely sees in headlines: courage, sacrifice, compassion and humanity.
Yet stories like this seldom receive the attention that anti-India narratives do. No coverage from Western media outlets.
As India's envoy noted, Vipin's actions embodied the spirit of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam "The World is One Family." ❤️
