I lost my boys who were 12 and 14 within six weeks of each other. Cancer for my oldest and a degenerative spine disease for the 12 year old. Hardest thing I’ve ever done. Saying goodbye sucks. @Dalbodog Grief is so real and present in the animal world. My golden retriever girl died at 13 and a half in August of 2020, my beautiful boy was lost without her and died a year to almost the day later.. from a broken heart, he was 11. He couldn't go on without her💔

The call came in from @MaraElephant. They spotted a bull in distress, who was ritually covering a part of his body in mud, like a form of self-medication. We sent the SWT/KWS Mara Vet Unit to the scene, who found the elephant had been speared. One successful treatment later (after cleaning the injury, the Vet used green clay to prevent infection), & this bull should make a positive recovery.

Meet Marty Decole “Cole” Wagner. He is the former chairman of an Alabama Anti-abortion group, “Alliance for a Pro-Life Alabama” and was until recently employed by the Alabama State Department of Education.

He always emphasized the need to protect the lives of embryos, fetuses, and children.

Wagner was just indicted last month on charges of sexual abuse of a child who was under the age of 10.

Wagner has been freed on $60,000 bond and only faces between 2 - 20 years in prison.

It's hypocrisy like this that drives me insane.
