Welcome to Pinole, @TogosSandwiches!
We celebrated the grand opening and ribbon cutting of this exciting new business in our community. Small businesses are the backbone of our local economy, and we’re proud to welcome TOGO’S back to our city. 🥪🧡✨
You shouldn't have to subscribe to CNN's ridiculous $70 a year streaming or have some outrageously priced Xfinity Cable package or a streaming service to watch tonight's California Governors Debate. You shouldn't have to pay to watch debates.
From Pinole to the San Francisco Bay Area, resilient communities are built—not by accident, but through education, climate literacy, and action. Strong, strategic partnerships will determine how far we go. Let’s step up, invest, and work together to meet this moment. #EarthDay

Heavy rain is continuing in Pinole this evening, and conditions remain wet and potentially hazardous.
Please drive carefully, watch for standing water, and avoid areas with poor drainage if possible.
Our Public Works teams will continue monitoring conditions overnight.
After a productive meeting with @SenAdamSchiff, we grabbed a quick selfie—moments like this never get old.
Proud to be in Washington, D.C. advocating for Pinole, Contra Costa County, and California with @leagueofcities—making sure our priorities are heard.
More to come. #CCC26
Honored to attend the 25th Silver Anniversary Law Enforcement Night. Proud to celebrate Officer Andre Roberts as @CityofPinole’s Officer of the Year! His dedication to public safety represents the very best of our community. Congratulations to all tonight’s honorees! 🚓 @PinolePD
Geez! Westside Concrete on San Pablo Avenue installs lights that are so bright they light up the night sky. Are there any light pollution laws in Pinole?
It was a lot longer than 2 minutes. Fly ash can be hazardous. What are the consequences to Westside for releasing this into the air? Have those neighborhoods been told they may have been exposed to a hazardous material? We have reports of people driving through that plume.
@RadioPinole@murphyforccc@CameronSasai@PinolePD Here’s the update about plume near San Pablo Ave:
✅ Equipment malfunction released fly ash for ~2 mins
✅ No fire, no immediate health concerns
✅ Situation under control
Today’s Bay Area air quality: Good–Moderate
