For anyone interested in psychiatric neuromodulation/neural biomarkers at #SfN23, I’m chairing a nanosymposium with @ishita_basu14 with a great group of speakers! Come by WCC 152B on Weds, Nov 15 (tomorrow!) at 1-4 pm
And that’s a wrap on @ASSFNeurosurg meeting! Capping it off with receiving the best clinical poster award (!) and some quality time with two of my favorite people @SameerShethMD@NicoleProvenza. This engineer is 100% sold on neurosurgery meetings being the most fun 🤓
Check out our new preprint on a new method for neurostimulation artifact removal: PARRM. PARRM is fast, lightweight, effective, and even works for low sampling rate recordings! https://t.co/33aLMuAw4h
Our paper with @jimmy_m_goode, @slimanjbensmaia and Nicho Hatsopoulos on decoding hand kinematics with sensorimotor neural responses is finally out https://t.co/bxdVbsoETr via @IOPscience
Delighted to share the peer-reviewed version of our work on a new electrical stimulation pattern for inducing desynchronized neural activity. The edited paper is now available at @jneuroscience.

.@BrownUniversity@CarneyInstitute has opened a new Center for Computational Brain Science to lead research that will harness the university’s expertise in computation, cognition and systems neuroscience toward new brain health solutions. https://t.co/sErXkrzudp
Our paper on spinal cord stimulation to restore sensation after amputation was published today in @eLife! Really proud of @csantoshc and @ameya_nani. https://t.co/9WiHtUwv12
BiolumHub member Dmitrijs Celinskis is presenting

Well, it finally happened. This #ICE International #StudentBan got me back into the “organizing effective lobbying action via twitter” game.
Want to make sure our lovely international students can keep their visas? Here’s how to do it:

I have been silent for a couple of days waiting for this. I am currently in Europe with my wife and we are now not able to enter the US. Not sure what will happen to our labs. https://t.co/fH2tVqMQ0t
@aarolsen@SyniumSoftware I recently learned that, in matplotlib, there's a line of code that tells text to export as text instead of paths. Maybe there's something similar at play for you?
I mostly mention it because I am bitter about the hours I spent manually relabeling axes over the past 5 years.
Check out my new paper with David Borton and @AlikWidge in the Journal of Neural Engineering on detecting mental states related to task engagement. This work was part of the @DARPA SUBNETS program! @BrownUResearch@brownengin https://t.co/Bjew8ipHQG #neuroscience
