Quick shoutout to @RaeDonch for taking the time to make me a meal plan. It’s been two weeks and I’m already seeing a difference on top of feeling a lot better. Macros are still over my head, but it’s working.
Screw societal norms for making people believe that you need to have accomplished X, Y, and Z by a certain age.
Life looks different for everyone. Nobodies paths are EVER going to look the same. That’s what makes us unique. Be still and it’ll all work out!!
there’s literally nothing better than when you’re full on laughing with someone and you both keep adding things that make it funnier and you can barely breathe
I honestly don’t understand why ppl get so upset when their values/beliefs differ from others. You do you, I’ll do me, and maybe we will learn something from each other along the way?
Instead of normalizing having to have the perfect body in order to be accepted, why don’t we just encourage each other to be healthy and to love ourselves. Support one another, despite what they look like. Be the change in areas of body image instead of the problem.
5 minutes into watching Insatiable on Netflix (because I couldn’t believe it was a thing) and I’m honestly more appalled then I thought I’d be. This is why so many girls (and boys) struggle with poor body image and disordered eating.
