@JetBlue the service this morning at FLL is straight horrible and needs improvement. JetBlue cost me a missed flight, currently waiting 45 minutes to speak to someone via chat/phone because they can’t assist customers who redeem JetBlue points at the airport 😒
@MahliaLindquist @AmericanAir I left my IPAD in the seat pocket at DFW a few months ago: Still haven’t received it. I’m convinced the cleaning crew does not report the missing items.
