@frankvmurphy Thank you, @frankvmurphy and the awesome team at NE-CAT beamlines. X-ray diffraction data from NE-CAT beamline @advancedphoton was amazing and we could clearly see the covalent adduct between the inhibitor and the protein on the electron density maps.
