@easyJet and when checked my account easyJet were taking £375, £200 more, I called today and your representative said no one had called, I said about the charge I had to confirm change, rep was very rude and would not pass me to super visse and cut me off

@easyJet I called on Monday 22nd of September to cancel our flights (7 People) and changed 2 of the flights (Return) to a new flight to Lanzarote in March 26 to which I paid an extra £189.41
I checked last few days on manage bookings and booking had still not been cancelled,
