I hereby declare Kelsey’s prediction for TRUE! 😄 After many cold years in the valley of needlessly distributed complexity, I’ve sensed not only a newfound appreciation for backend monoliths, but also ones that extend to the frontend (i.e server-side rendering). Hallelujah ✌️❤️
Another important quality is humbleness. Not just towards others, but towards yourself. Admitting to yourself that you may be wrong or don’t understand something is uncomfortable. But that’s where curiosity and learning comes from.

@JohnAqel I also totally relate to this. And it even works in a pairing/mobbing situation where multiple brains fail to see a simple solution at the end of the day.
