Pseudo Quality Customer service. We as paying customers are often inconvenienced by faulty or malfunctioning MTA equipment. We are patient and understanding only to find out that quality service is only guaranteed in the communities of VPs . Shame on you transit!

@trevorjtweets I prefer bus over train mainly because I don’t feel like a prisoner if the bus I caught in traffic. This is the on time I’ll agree with MTA, the reason the buses are slow is because of traffic.

@hayesposting @placardabuse Also anyone driving down Covent Ave has to make a U-turn because the street ends at two one way streets with the left turn on to 151 is blocked. This is a highly unsafe road condition because NYPD has been using eminent domain to take over streets.
