Despite of being the largest national bank of the country, your service is the worst. Your online payment services are poor, your account maintenance services are poor, we receive messages related to transactions almost a day after it has happened.

OTP comes just after the session gets expired. Your online payment site shows error more times than it shows a successful transaction. Your customer care lines are so disturbing than we have to guess the instructions. The POS machine does not works at all throughout the year.
