@DjFares2011@SavageAryan007 Makes sense after all iPhone 17 base variant was & still is not just the best value for money iPhone but the most value for money smartphone on the market. It's easily the most recommendable iPhone ever.
@mweinbach Is it more appropriate to say Apple took Google's models as the base tweaked them to their liking, added π related/exclusive training data & made'em more Apple-y, if you will, and the result of that is the Apple Foundation Models that power the new Siri and Apple Intelligence?
@xcansugmanuts@earlyvotedata Except for the pesky little thing called the "Constitution of the State of Florida". It explicitly prohibits partisan gerrymandering. That's literally the only reason lawsuits are like these are being filed. If you don't want the lawsuits you have to change your constitution.
@Barry65841134@sleepy_devo The main pulmologist who explained everything, whose books iirc r apparently reqd. course material at some schools, wasn't paid. His testimony proved to be most devastating to the defense. And defense's actually paid experts were not very convincing. So, let's not kid ourselves.
@MicBlades21@MrTupids@yonann Calling laptops with 4-6 Gigs of RAM and mostly 128 GB (sometimes even lower) storage as "usable" is certainly a choice...
@MrTupids@yonann Is there even such a thing as a "$350 laptop" in this economy with these RAM and storage prices? I don't think you can find a usable laptop, let alone one that can compete with a MacBook, for that price anywhere.
@HaythamKenway99@KareemCrayton Election cases like these don't usually go to Appeals Court.
First they are heard by a 3-judge panel, like they were here, and if either party is dissatisfied, they get appealed directly to SCOTUS. So, whatever stay, if any, that will be issued it'll directly be by the SCOTUS.
