@xcansugmanuts @earlyvotedata Except for the pesky little thing called the "Constitution of the State of Florida". It explicitly prohibits partisan gerrymandering. That's literally the only reason lawsuits are like these are being filed. If you don't want the lawsuits you have to change your constitution.

@HaythamKenway99 @KareemCrayton Election cases like these don't usually go to Appeals Court.
First they are heard by a 3-judge panel, like they were here, and if either party is dissatisfied, they get appealed directly to SCOTUS. So, whatever stay, if any, that will be issued it'll directly be by the SCOTUS.
