Even after placing an smat tag/ Bluetooth tracker and providing the location details of the baggage, they are not able to locate it.
@makemytripcare Extremely disappointed with the service. Trying to reach customer care via call past two days, no one is bothered to answer the call. Been put on hold for more than 10mins. Wanted to check regarding flight amendment. No proper mail as well.

Also I have received a mail from ur team on April 27 stating that they are working on thr refund process. However when I call them, they say refund has not been initiated @makemytrip@makemytripcare
