Team, I was using my ICICIBANK Fastag on my vehicle. But somebody has issued SBI Bank fastag on my same no without any otp & notice l. NPCI forcefully closed my existing fastag due to 2 fastag issued on same vehicle. Kindly intervene here to help.

@NPCI_NPCI I had called multiple times to SBI & ICICIBANK helpline. None is giving resolution. Each is recommending to go and talk to other customer helpline. I got literally fade by doing lot many follow ups. Even I had requested cfor closure of both fastags so I can place new request.
