On The FAILURE To Obtain An INJUNCTION on #XLBullyBan 😡

From an advocate I really respect Lesley Inglis:

"I'm turning commenting off on original post ... I replied to a comment with factual information .. I started posting publicly to save rescue dogs and the everyday XL owner not ABKC. After 31st December I will be deleting all posts as I honestly have thrown the towel in .... I can't support this any more ... thousand have, are, will be pts .... that to me is the final answer ... May they all rest in peace ... this cruel word isn't good enough for them ... I want everyone to know the facts to what their donating too ... a new lawyer is needed but it won't happen as this has never been about the average XL it's always been about ABKC.

This post saddens me but it is one I have to do. I know factual the verdict of injunction can be looked at again ... the information submitted was from professionals within ABKC which isn't a recognized organization to the UK .... although many want to believe it is officially it isn't.

There was no reason for it not to be accepted, here in #Scotland it was declined as there isn't enough evidence to support it, something the legal team should have been on top of ... this is hard evidence from within here in the #UK .... we are not independent and still part of the nation.

As a nation we were wrongly and unprofessionally represented, John Cooper should know evidence based on an officially unknown organization to the UK would not be accepted by the courts .... as mentioned it was declined here in Scotland so there is strong evidence to see and log. If it's proven John Cooper knowingly misrepresented this case ... which he clearly has .... a new lawyer can be appointed with an urgent block put on the stage 1 of the proposed dangerous dogs act starting on 31st and for the injunction to be looked at again with proper legal representation ... this can be put through as an urgent ... it can be submitted as an urgent with a judge looking at it even when courts are closed.

I don't normally post publicly but added a temporary follow button as I was receiving a high volume of friend requests an I only have close friends and family on my private fb.

Due to myself losing faith ... thousands of dogs are scheduled to be pts ... appointing a new lawyer and proper legal representation would put a block on this ....but I can't continue doing what I'm doing. Its clear ABKC is the most important factor in all this ... the other XL type dogs don't matter. I know when to throw the towel in.

I will continue to support everyone as much as I can .... after Christmas I will email all landlords on my list so they will receive on opening after the year. I will also still fulfill my promise to log in at certain times over Christmas period from Christmas Eve through to boxing day for anyone urgently needing support. I will also fulfill my promise to XL owners, support workers and professionals whom have messaged me for support emails ... I've got through a few of these and will have all those promised sent by 31st December ... it takes time to put these together.

After the year apart from continuing the support I've offered to individuals I will be taking a step back and I won't be posting any more. I'm busy catching up and getting my own house ready for Christmas so not as active at present. I am still receiving countless messages, please only message me if an urgent.... for those intimidating messages I'm not easily intimidated so I only delete, there will be no response and your messages have had no bearing on my decision. My decision is purely based on the lack of legal support and ABKC being more important than the thousands of dogs in rescues.... something I can't and won't support.

I completely agree with Lesley!! Change lawyers NOW! Too much is at stake! Save Our Seized Dogs & Four Legs Law would have done a much better job! They are experts at putting together and winning BSL cases!
