@Maverickalways1@RonyToThePoint say what you will. You don’t work on them. You can throw out everything you want to say. Humans also shouldn’t survive falling from a mile in the sky with no parachute and yet there are recorded records from WW2 of that happening.
@Maverickalways1@RonyToThePoint Hate to burst your bubble but really like aviation is not even remotely equal to being certified and qualified and actually working on aircraft for a living. I physically work on MAX aircraft while you legally can not step foot into my place of work and even touch the aircraft.
@Maverickalways1@RonyToThePoint as someone who actually works on planes. You have 0 knowledge of what a plane can withstand, but I suppose you not working in aviation is a better opinion because you wear a tin foil hat.
@EwanMacKenna@planesupnorth You’re too vague. Fly Dubai doesn’t have a mirror image livery in both sides of the tail. But hell what do I know only see them and countless other customers on the daily
@marcigrace54@Dali_ChrisKool1@Fx1Jonny I work on them daily the MAX engine placement is more forward and higher on all variants of the max. Has nothing to do with the 8. There are 7s,8,8200s (Ryan airs and BBJs) 9s and 10s. You saying oh dude do your research doesn’t magically make you correct.
@deserteagle291 It’s not going to break apart. The levels of stress testing on these aircraft are astronomical, the wings can basically flap and hold. Rudder broke off from the force but that whole rudder is held together by if I remember…3-4 bolts
@abierkhatib@JackMaxey1 Having worked at an Airport. I’ve watched countless drugs and other items walked right through TSA (Dubai maybe more strict never flown into/out of). But that was only 2 years 5 days a week going through security so that’s not a great sample size I suppose.
@abierkhatib You know post 9/11 they had a program for airline pilots (state side) to be trained and armed with guns and some did carry while flying. You over estimate employee checks at airports
@Ericdun19416783@WillMonk09@Esther9982 Oxygen masks are meant for altitudes in which humans can’t breath and cabin pressure is lost. Descending rapidly isn’t a loss of cabin pressure. It’d still be perfectly pressurized for humans to live. Do you work on aircraft or just base everything off what you see on tv/online
@Fx1Jonny Dead heading is insanely common to get pilots to different stations on available flights heading that direction. Theres probably a company pilot. And they only have to be certified in the MAX (they could fly NGs too). Which is one of the most common aircraft in the skies.
@Fx1Jonny Pretty simple. Rate of descent has nothing to do with when masks drop, that’s not a trigger for them. Are you an A&P by chance? Do you frequently work on aircraft or just put tinfoil hats on every day and enter your echo chamber
@Dali_ChrisKool1@Fx1Jonny Doesn’t even remotely have a “notorious” software glitch. You just see a singular article about something that’s a year old and there having been hardly any issues let alone critical and scream. Masks don’t drop based on descent levels. But what do I know I’m only an A&P
@zhangyuzhanshi@SweeperBrady I’ve had bad turbulence cause nothing. And I’ve had taxing open up a stowbin. The reports say it “spun” but that can’t really be confirmed via anything yet. However the dive although significant it doesn’t mean everything would just fall apart
@Irves_Watch Well you lose the Rudder when you go from that dive to pulling up against cause pretty strong g-forces. There are very few fasteners holding on that rudder and the whole tail in general
@LokyDL@DrJesseMorse Even though they are saying hip. If you watch the replay his left foot caught for a second in the turf and went the opposite direction before it managed to release it self
@MsAngieV82@BigDaddyXXI Neither Clark or can have valid opinions they just wanna spout hot takes. Much like first takes hosts. It’s just engagement bait and that’s annoying as shit in sports
@mikefichera@BoofBullington@JeffPassan Most recent article I read on ESPN today would disagree on the depth of this draft outside of the top 5-7 players. There’s some projects that might work out but you could coin flip on where most of the last 2/3 of the draft can fall.
@BoofBullington@mikefichera@JeffPassan Well he seems to think they traded their actual first round pick (they didn’t) and based off that he should probably just stick to dealing with the law of a run down Astoria who’s only claim to fame is the goonies,a bridge and being the failed big city of the PNW.
