@goatsupport I have emailed you all 10 times about a return request I initiated 5 days ago…i sent everything you’ve asked for…I can’t even get an email back…why are you holding the return shipping label hostage????
@goatsupport Per store policy “ If your order is not shipped within 3 business days (Monday–Saturday for FedEx, UPS and USPS, excluding holidays) from when the order was placed, GOAT will cancel the sale.” I can’t understand why you are not cancelling the order on the sellers end
@goatapp So now I’m out of $40 for instant shipping because you send me these and I want to return them???? These would NEVER pass your authentication process in this condition, yet you think this is OK to send to your customers??? Totally unacceptable!
@Carvana My vehicle was supposed to be delivered at 5:30 today and we get notification at 8:00 am that it is being rescheduled for Sunday October 24th! This is unacceptable my wife and I have lost an entire days pay! 5 days delay is totally ridiculous. We need a sooner delivery!
@goatapp What’s the issue with my order. It’s been a solid 15 days and still showing verification needed. I have sent 5 messages with no response. This is awful business practice. You are not providing a free service so the least you can do is respond to your paying customers.
@stockx Case# 06801036. The site says my sneakers are en route to Stockx for authentication. UPS site says the package hasn’t been delivered. Last scan was on 8/11/20. Is my package lost in transit?
