Many mails I have sent to you lifeline@iciciprulife , but no response till now and your customer care number doesn't even connect very very poor service I want my money back right away trusting your term plan is waste of time and money

Yes very poor service these people are just doing fake ads and digital marketing , government should take action on this fellows very poor customer support untill we pay the term they keep on calling us and then later we should keep on calling them but no response
@ICICIPruLife I have bad experience from ICICI prudential online front end sales, given me wrong information.I'm suffering in financial and mental strace. it's been 10+days I have raised concerns to buyonline & lifeline @iciciprulife.com no response. There is very poor service after sales.
