Almost all government websites have severe issues and they cannot bear increased load at the time of need. Probably government official and the vendors who manage this sites should have better coordination.

@IRCTCofficial @IRCTCofficial If you see the ticket was booked exactly at 11:01 am and window gets open at 11 am. Even after that the ticket intial status was settled and not booked. Later on, the ticket was auto cancelled and my money was refunded. But why ticket was not confirmed.

@IRCTCofficial The current Tatkal booking experience is quite frustrating. Despite being ready at the start time, server delays make it nearly impossible to get a confirmed seat before they're gone. We’d love to see a more robust system that can handle high traffic effectively.
