I officially reached the age where
I don’t care who has the bigger house, the newer car or the latest phone.
I just want a peaceful home, good health, enough savings, and people I love around me.
It’s 36 👍
I had a fight with my dad that we shouldnt be buying a car as its a depreciating asset but my dad anyways went ahead and bought it. The memories i now have by travelling with my friends in that car during college cannot be equated with any money. I keep thanking my dad for that.
🚨 Buying First Car is Always Special
Avoid Listening To Finance Influencers
They Say Car is Depreciating Asset, So is Life
Try To Get One Before 25-30 If Possible
You'll Cherish Those Memories For Lifetime
Every monsoon, lives are lost not just to rain, but to our poor understanding of water. High tide at Seas, pool depth, flash flood while u in middle of stream, flooded road crossings. Water physics is rarely taught, ignorance of it costs lives every year.
This is nothing to do with bad infra or government/authorities. It's ignorance and us.
An apex hospital. Another assault. This time at AIIMS Bhubaneswar.
A critically ill poisoning patient could not be saved despite the best efforts of the medical team. Instead of accepting the tragedy, attendants attacked intern doctors and nursing officers.
Doctors are treating patients—not signing up to be beaten. Zero tolerance. Immediate arrests. Fast-track convictions.

What will you do if your seniors torture you , make you murgha in OT , make you stand whole night and ask for selfie every hour to show your timing and location ?
This is happening in GMC Bhavnagar , Gujarat where some animals in ortho dept are doing it with their juniors .
Each one of them should be terminated and their professors and HOD should be investigated for becoming spectators !

Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei stated in a Bloomberg interview that the India AI Summit was "extremely disorganised".
About the chaos on stage: "There was Narendra Modi up there suddenly telling everyone to hold hands..." (collapses with laughter).
I remember a gol gappa seller in commercial street saying they have to pay police everyday 200 to 300 rupees "bribe" so that they are allowed to run their business without any issues. Imagine what could be the amount extorted from bakeries, hotels etc on a daily basis
Small bakeries and condiment shops to shut in Bengaluru today
Owners of small bakeries, tea and coffee stalls, and condiment shops will observe a strike on Thursday to protest alleged harassment by government officials and rowdies in the city.
The association also alleged that extortion demands, pressure from municipal health department officials & seizure of tobacco products are causing losses to small traders operating on thin profit margins.

A country without opposition is not good for the people and taking support from the same people who were corrupt when in opposition will someday backfire.
Friend moved to Bangalore and was looking for a flat. He found one for ₹40,000 a month.
The owner is asking for a 6-month security deposit, which comes to ₹2.4 lakh, plus ₹40,000 in brokerage.
Can someone explain the logic behind a 6-month deposit? I haven't seen this as a normal practice in any other major city.
And in many cases, landlords don't even return the full deposit at the end.
Bangalore's rental market looks too hyped.
Doctor brutally assaulted after 8 month pregnant woman dies in Malkangiri due to alleged snake bite
An 8-month-pregnant woman, Bandana, was rushed to a hospital in Malkangiri late Tuesday night after her family spotted a snake inside their house and feared she had been bitten.
According to her relatives, they informed doctors about the suspected snakebite. After evaluation and treatment, Bandana was discharged with the consent of her attendants.
The next morning, her condition reportedly deteriorated rapidly. Her family rushed her back to the hospital, where doctors declared her dead.
.
Grief soon turned into anger.
The situation escalated, and the treating doctor was reportedly brutally assaulted by attendants
Is this justifiable?
Where is Protection???

Craziest thing I wanted to highlight this week is about a pediatrician fighting tooth and nail against fake ORS product marketed by a huge money loaded private pharma company who legally threatened her for calling out THEIR bluff...
...and then she finding herself at a national pediatric conference which was majorly sponsored by THE same company and all pediatricians there, including the president of the pediatric organization chilling with the sponsor money...
...when children across the country are fed rebranded fake ORS.
Someone should make a short film documentary out of this. Fact is stranger than fiction.
