@nobrokercom I have never seen such a pathetic customer service. 10 different people from the same customer service group keeps calling me throughout the day and asking for same details. Cant you guys coordinate between yourself and assign a customer to particular agent?

@sanjayp_1 Entire Passport issue and verification process need to be re look at. If passport office has already verified all document 3 times at PSK then not sure why police has re-verify those same documents again and come up another set of documents which needs to be produce at police stn
