My Senior Citizen father is stranded @Lakshadweep_IPR. His 11.05 flight @allianceair @airindiain to Kochi was cancelled. With no outbound flight for the next 3 days, the air lines has no answer when flights will resume and also not provided any support for his stay or expenses

D worst customer care u have to deal with n Mr Imtiaz who did not give his second name was yawning on call while having a very serious discussion d other agent I spoke to gave d clear picture- They do not have SOP to handle emergency situations or have floor supervisors at night
