@JioCare The request has been pending with status “assigning engineer” since last 2 days. I will raise another request to cancel the connection and switch to Airtel.
@airtelindia I raised eSIm request but I had scanned the QR code multiple times and it became invalid. I have visited Airtel office multiple times but they are not able to issue a new physical sim since eSIM request is still pending. Can you tell me whom to contact about this?
