No vision obstructers, no arrangement of odour management, no civil infrastructure, currently a depression due to a multi utility line is used to fill with waste.

I allign with the idea that polling shouod not just be a right, it's our duty as well. And we should do our research prior to poll

This way it is possible that in future governments may have to impose penalties for not polling
