Respected Sir,

I most respectfully submit this representation to your esteemed office with the earnest hope that justice, which forms the very foundation of civilised governance, may be swiftly upheld.

It has come to pass that certain officers at Medipally Police Station, seemingly inclined towards the BRS, have regrettably failed to execute the solemn directive issued by the Hon'ble Telangana High Court. Despite my repeated and patient follow-ups over an extended period, the order remains unimplemented, and diverse pretexts continue to be advanced, thereby occasioning grave denial of justice and undue hardship.

Such protracted delay and apparent selective inaction not only undermine the majesty of the judiciary but also erode public confidence in the impartial discharge of police duties.

I humbly beseech your good self, in your exalted capacity as Director General of Police, to kindly direct the newly appointed Assistant Commissioner of Police (Issue has taken place before the new ACP was appointed and he is not yet aware,he has take charge just a week ago) concerned to personally intervene without further procrastination, ensure faithful compliance with the court’s mandate, and bring this matter to an amicable and lawful resolution at the earliest.

My prayer is made in no spirit of rancour or opposition to lawful authority, but solely in pursuit of the rule of law, which we all hold sacred.

I remain ever grateful for your kind attention and intervention in this regard, and place myself at your disposal for any clarification or particulars that may be required. There are also other issues with the behaviour of SHO which are not to be published here but can be conveyed to the ACP in person. Youth Congress committee members are being targeted due to pro BRS officers.
