@AMRUTCityGzb rejected our tax assessment request claiming this road is an "internal society road".
If so, why is it encroached by commercial shops & public vehicle parking?

@dm_ghaziabad I have been requesting @gdagzb to issue a letter to Receiver of Amrapali Group to strengthen fire safety measures &other pending issues of #AmrapaliVillage Society for 3 years. No action held. Grievances on Jansunwayi portal closed without addressing substance of matter. Pl see.

@gdagzb The Information Commission has issued a show-cause notice under Section 20(1) of the RTI Act in the matter. Hope coordinated action is taken by concerned authorities in the interest of residents.

This is actual image of the road of 30 feet (9 mtr.) wide, which has been shown as the eastern boundary in sale deed of my flat of the Amrapali Village society and as existing public road as per its Site Plan sanctioned by @gdagzb, but @AMRUTCityGzb states it as internal road.

Despite multiple grievances, property tax assessment for my flat in Indirapuram did not resolve. Sale deed lists a 30 ft road, but Nagar Nigam says it 'internal road' of society. Building age also not properly assessed. Request to review @dm_ghaziabad @NagarVikas_UP @CMOfficeUP

U.P. Information Commission vide order dt. 18.12.2025 directed PIO, GDA to provide the requested information under RTI within 15 days. As on date, no information has been received. The order was passed following non-compliance of First Appellate Authority order dated 19.09.2025.

@AMRUTCityGzb Even if it is a private plot, such insanitary conditions constitute a public nuisance. I think Nagar Nigam is empowered to issue notices to land owners to ensure removal.

@AMRUTCityGzb states that ARV of flat assessed assuming road width >12m and treating the road mentioned in the sale deed as internal road. Also, building is over 10 years old, yet lower age category applied. Request review at senior level & correction as per rules @dm_ghaziabad

As per order of GDA's Appellate Authority dated 19.09.2025, the communication was to be sent to the Hon’ble Court Receiver of Amrapali Group Projects.
The letter has instead been addressed to the RWA of Society. Request @gdagzb to ensure proper compliance🙏 @dm_ghaziabad @UPGovt
