सादर चरणस्पर्श! अभी आपका यह पोस्ट प्राप्त हुआ और मन आह्लादित हो गया कि सरकार ने आदरणीय हर्ष भाई जी की चिट्ठी पर (जिसमें आरक्षण शब्द ही नहीं था) विचार किया और आप पुनः मिलेंगे। आपसे एक त्रुटि हो गई कि आपने आंदोलन के सबसे बड़े चेहरे श्री आनंद स्वरूप जी को साथ नहीं लिया!

आपने पहले तो (अपने ही द्वारा प्लांटेड) आदरणीय हर्ष भाई को किडनैप करवाया (जैसा कि आदरणीय हर्ष जी ने वीडियो में कहा था), और फिर नीली कलम से दो कौड़ी की डिमांड वाली चिट्ठी लिखवाई, और अब आप सौहार्दपूर्ण वार्ता भी कर रहे हैं।

यह पोस्ट पाते ही @RHAreforms वाले सारे लोग, इंक्लूडिंग @neha_laldas, लिखना छोड़ चुके हैं और उस चिट्ठी का प्रिंट आउट ले कर उत्तर प्रदेश के गाँवों में ड्रोन से गिरा रहे हैं कि सरकार ने हमारी माँगें मान ली!

यदि सरकार को ऐसा कोई भी भ्रम है तो कोई टेबलेट खा लो। ये पुरानी और सर्वविदित तकनीक है: अपने ही द्वारा प्लांटेड व्यक्ति को नेता मान कर नेगोशिएट करने का स्वाँग रचो, फिर वास्तविक माँगों को डकार जाओ। मैं आपसे वादा करता हूँ कि मुझे आपके साथ बैठना नहीं पड़ेगा और आप हमारी माँगें भी मानोगे।

1. National Commission for General Category (NCGC): Set up a National Commission for General Category (NCGC) to represent and address General Category concerns.

2. Creamy Layer in SC/ST: Introduce a Creamy Layer in SC/ST reservation to ensure the benefits of reservation reach every community.

3. One Family, One Reservation, One Time: Introduce the principle of One Family, One Reservation and One Time Reservation for equitable distribution of benefits.

4. Minimum Qualifying Cut-Off & Open Category Seats: Mandate minimum qualifying cut-off marks and ensure seats remain available for the Open Category.

5. Empirical Review & Sunset Clause: Publish a White Paper reviewing 75 years of reservation to examine which communities have benefited, to what extent, and whether objectives have been achieved. Introduce a Sunset Clause with periodic review.

6. No Discussion of Private Sector Reservations: No reservation in the private sector; employment in the private sector should remain merit- and competency-based.

7. UGC Rollback / Equal Inclusion: Roll back the UGC Equity Regulations or include General Categories (GCs) within their ambit.

8. SC/ST Act Review & Safeguards Against Misuse: Review the SC/ST Act with mandatory preliminary inquiry, bail for non-serious charges, and safeguards against fake cases and misuse.

I come from Bihar. Research how dire the situation of the Musahar community is. Their children aren't getting reservations. Why? Because those caste groups don't even have leaders... The second demand is quota within quota, on which the government has also said that we will not implement the creamy layer in it. Why will you not implement it? It is so absurd that the government is bowing down to those few Dalit leaders who only talk about their caste group... The third demand is minimum marks. You cannot sell the dream of a developed India by compromising on merit. If 50% of the deserving youth or boys and girls who are studying will not get admission in the IITs, IIMs, or higher education, your efficiency has reduced by 50% right there... Then the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) should be made a part of the Scheduled Castes (SC). The class whose definition says economically weaker, you are neither giving them a facility in buying the form, nor are you waiving their hostel fee, nor is their course fee being waived; what will you achieve by merely recognising it?... At least indicate that we are going to have a sit-down talk about this..."

@Y28586664Pankaj @PoliticalKida चोरी हुई है और उसका न्याय हम सरकार और न्यायालय से लेगें। और रही बात इन नेताओं की तो जिनको मंदिर की जगह अस्पताल और कॉलेज चाहिए था उस सबको तो बोलने का और नौटंकी करने की कोई जरूरत नहीं । इसलिए ये लोग बरसाती मेंढक बनना बंद करें। इन लोगों का किया हुआ ये सब नौटंकी ही लगता है।
