I have been trying to register a complaint against TVS for the past five days. Every time I try, I receive the same error message: "Failed to register complaint. Please try again."
I have already raised another grievance, which has been pending since 10-05-2026.

If not, is this the reason large corporate companies continue to behave this way, knowing that there is no effective regulatory oversight or accountability?
@tvsmotorcompany As a customer who has been waiting for over four months, I expect clear and transparent communication. If there is a delay, please explain the reason and provide a realistic delivery timeline instead of sending the same standard response over and over again.

@tvsmotorcompany@PrithiviStark And then TVS Motor or the Apache Series team responds in the comments with the same standard line: "We have escalated the matter to the concerned team, and they will get back to you." But in reality, no one ever reaches out to us with any meaningful update.
