@abcapital@AdityaBirlaGrp Trying to resolve an issue with AB Sunlife Insurance for the last 20 days or so. Just keep getting bounced with any resolution. All communication just gets mechanical responses and no real help. Please could someone look into my issue urgently.

@StarlingBank trying to get an issue addressed for last few days. No luck with the customer service team who have sent chasers and escalated it. They can’t do anything beyond that. Is there someone at the bank who can address please.
