I spoke with PS to @BSKoshyari (Chancellor of MUHS) today.

We had sent our representation on 25th.

PS said the VC of MUHS takes care of such matters.

Even then he will brief Hon’ble Governor for instructions if any.

Your SOP on sanitation cannot be followed in Hostels and while traveling
