Amazon 1-Day Delivery is a Scam

Ordered a Router on 29 June, paid extra money for 1-Day Delivery as it was showing to be delivered by 30 June. First Customer Care Said that 1-Day delivery doesn't count Sat-Sun

After the whole incident
Customer Executive Named “Shaba” told me that i will get the whole refund for the product that i have ordered.

Now amazon is saying that it is against our policy!

IGNOU is the worst University i have ever seen, they are just running their university to earn money from the students, nothing else.
I have never seen such bad university till now.
Student who is not able to answer the questions on viva, and has failed in theory has got more
