@RailMinIndia Escalator not functioning at KSR Bangalore Railway station platform no 8. Rajdhani 22692 reached around 6:15 AM. I was told there is no other way. Elders are taking steps forcibly and Coolies are walking around to convince you to avail their services.

Respected @narendramodi ji, bringing in RERA has done more harm to home buyers. Builders are exploiting rule 16 of Karnataka rules for rera by paying a compensation of SBI lending rate +2%. Builders are using buyers’ money at low interest rates. This is happening perpetually.
