My views of K-dramas that I have been watching over the past year: Many will have slow start but please be *patient* because there are so many good ones! (Views are my own - everyone has different tastes)
Arsenal won the league and lost the Champions League on penalties. They are getting clowned more than United did for finishing 15th and losing a Europa League final against Spurs.
If Arsenal win the league, watch the narratives:
• I’ll only praise Arteta if he retains it — this is a one-off
• Do the League + UCL, then we’ll talk greatness
• They’ve won it before, nothing historic
• Elite teams sustain it, not win it once
• Where are the other trophies?
•They didn’t reinvent anything, just repeated history
•Everyone else handed it to them
•£1bn spent… bare minimum
•Asterisk it — Liverpool had an off-year
•Others collapsed, Arsenal didn’t win it
•Boring, robotic football — standards have dropped
•Doesn’t erase the recent bottle jobs
•One-season wonders don’t build legacies
•My high standards are why they won
