When every democratic path is blocked, the issue stops being “political” and becomes constitutional and international.

Scotland’s legal position is becoming clearer

People are understanding
Scotland entered the Union as a sovereign nation
sovereignty sits with the people, not Westminster
the UN Charter applies when domestic democracy is denied

This is new for many of us that’s true but it’s a foundational fact.

The international community is watching
Not to “grant independence”, but to assess, whether Scotland is a people with a denied right
whether the UK is breaching obligations, whether the situation has moved from politics to law

That’s why clarity matters.
Scotland’s rights have been removed its parliament is dysfunctional its laws debased and its people sidelined.
