🚨 @Amtrak I’m incredibly disappointed with the lack of courtesy shown by the conductor on Train 184 (Wilmington to New Rochelle) today. Unnecessary remarks were made to two 70+ year-old passengers over standard luggage (28”). This is unacceptable. Please escalate ASAP. #Amtrak
