@Dickybeau @Toytowner There's no disagreement with devolution; the issue is with full integration. We suggest devolution through a different route.

@Dickybeau @Toytowner There's 2 issues here. Devolution has cross-party consensus, but there are different ways of devolving railway policing. The issue is full integration, which is a v. high risk/cost option. Our argument is for a devolution approach that has the same benefits, without the risks.
