Yes, in Europe, the original designer (@ParadoxDesigner) of the $SHIB logo can absolutely take legal action—especially if the logo was intended to be free or public domain and someone tries to claim it as theirs.

Here’s how it works:

1. Copyright Law Protects Original Creators

In the EU, copyright is automatic from the moment a logo or artwork is created.
No registration is required.

If the original @Shibtoken logo designer can prove:
•They created the logo
•It was shared publicly without giving up full rights (e.g. “for community use,” not “for someone to trademark”)
•And someone else is trying to claim or monetize it through a trademark

Then they can sue for copyright infringement, especially if it’s done in bad faith.

2. EU Trademark Law Respects Prior Use + Bad Faith

If someone in Europe tries to register the SHIB logo as a trademark:
•That trademark can be opposed (even after it’s granted)
•Especially if there’s evidence of bad faith—like hijacking a community symbol
•Or if the logo was already in global public use (which SHIB’s logo clearly was)

If the designer can show that the logo was released with the intention of being used by the decentralized SHIB community, and not for private ownership, then courts are very likely to side with the designer or even the broader community.

With SHIB being one of the most well-known tokens in the world, the entire history of public use (from websites, memes, exchange listings, etc.) becomes evidence against someone trying to steal or privatize it.
